Agents evaluating real estate teams often expect a fee structure that looks simple on the surface and turns complicated underneath: desk fees in the fine print, monthly technology fees that add up over time, costs that surface only after you have already signed. Here is the fee picture at Power Real Estate Group, addressed directly.

The short version: no desk fees, no monthly fees from Power, no monthly fees from Real Broker. Every cost that exists is transaction-based, meaning you only pay when you are earning. Here is the complete breakdown.

What Exists, No Hidden Fees

Real’s annual brokerage fee

$900 a year, Real’s own annual fee. It is collected as $300 from each of your first three closings in your anniversary year with Real, so it comes out of commission checks rather than your bank account during a slow month.

Real’s one-time application fee

$249, paid once when you join Real Brokerage. It does not recur.

Real’s CBR fee

$40 per transaction. CBR stands for Compliance and Broker Review. On your SOI (Sphere of Influence) deals, the ones you generated yourself, Power covers this fee on your behalf. On office-generated leads, it gets factored into the deal structure through your Real cap.

Real’s 15% split toward your annual cap

Real charges 15% per deal up to a $12,000 annual cap. On SOI deals at Power, Power absorbs this cost on your behalf, so your 80/20 split is a true 80/20, Real’s cut already covered. On office-generated leads, you pay Real’s 15% toward your cap on each deal. Once you have hit $12,000 with Real for the year, post-cap deals run at a flat $285 per transaction.

Transaction Masters’ TC fee

$550 per transaction. Transaction Masters is a transaction coordination company, a separate business from Power, that handles escrow paperwork, deadlines, compliance, and coordination from contract to close. The $550 goes directly to Transaction Masters, not to Power.

That is the complete list.

Why the Structure Works This Way

The fee model reflects what Power is built to do: help agents run profitable real estate businesses. That means the cost structure lines up with agent success rather than fixed overhead that creates pressure regardless of production. When your costs are transaction-based, a slow month does not compound into financial stress.

The fixed costs as an agent at Power are low. You pay when you earn.

If you want to run the full cost picture against your specific situation, your deal volume, your typical commission amounts, and which lane you would be working, book a call and a Power Growth Advisor will walk you through it.

There are no surprises in this fee structure. The numbers above are everything.
