When agents join a team with a lead pipeline, one of the first things they want to know is how long before the leads start. The answer at Power depends on your production history and how quickly you move through Scrimmage.
Two Tracks: Accelerated and Full Scrimmage
Scrimmage is Power's onboarding training program. Every new agent goes through it, but which version you go through, and how fast you reach leads, comes down to how many transactions you have closed in the last 12 months.
Accelerated Scrimmage is for agents who have closed five or more transactions in that window. It runs over about one week. During that week, Power sets up your complete tech stack, Follow Up Boss, RealScout, Slack, Google Workspace, and every other tool in the system, and you demonstrate your mastery of the scripts and platforms. Once you pass certification, you get access to the lead pipeline. Some agents on this track receive leads the same day they join Power. Others take the rest of the week; coming in ready and moving through the program quickly is what separates the two.
Full Scrimmage is for agents who have not closed five transactions in the last 12 months. It runs the same one-week format, with more time spent on the fundamentals before you certify. It starts with the same tech setup, then builds through scripts, systems, certifications, and the specific skills needed for the lead types Power distributes: Zillow, ISA-generated, and office-sourced opportunities. Same certification, more reps to get there.
The earlier you complete the required sessions and pass certification, the sooner you access leads. Agents who move through the program quickly start receiving leads sooner than agents who do not.
Why the Scrimmage Gate Exists
This is worth explaining directly, since some agents wonder why there is a delay instead of immediate access.
A Zillow lead that goes to an agent who does not know the scripts, has not set up a CRM, and cannot run a real buyer consultation does not convert. That is a wasted lead for the agent, a bad experience for the client, and a hit to the team's standing with Zillow, which directly affects how many leads Zillow sends back.
Scrimmage exists so that when leads land in your pipeline, you are ready to work them. The agents who started converting fastest at Power are the ones who came through Scrimmage with their systems live, their scripts practiced, and a plan for the first Zillow notification.
What Happens After Certification
Once you are certified, your team lead and the ISA team start handing off opportunities to your active pipeline. New agents on the Accelerated track can receive up to 20 leads in their first month. Zillow's standard for maintained lead volume is a 5% conversion rate, meaning closing one deal out of every 20 leads is the benchmark that sustains that flow.
Your team lead reviews your pipeline weekly in one-on-ones from day one. The benchmarks Power tracks: first appointment by week four, first deal in escrow by day 60, first closing by day 90.
The Honest Variable
The same-day outcome for Accelerated Scrimmage agents is real, and it is not automatic. Agents who arrive already familiar with the scripts and tools, who complete certification without delay, and who work their setup tasks in real time get there fastest. Agents who treat the first week as orientation instead of active preparation take longer.
The program rewards urgency. Power can move someone through quickly. The pace is partly yours to set.
A Note for Agents Outside Southern California
If you join Real Broker with Power as your sponsor from outside SoCal, the lead pipeline described here is specific to Power's team operations in Orange County, LA County, and Riverside County. Real's own platform does not include a team-provided lead system for independent agents; that infrastructure belongs to the team, not the brokerage.
