Plenty of agents have joined teams where onboarding meant a welcome email and a shared folder. Power's onboarding runs on a fixed sequence instead, and because the first 90 days matter more than almost any other stretch of an agent's time at a new company, here is exactly what happens, step by step.

Step 1: The Recruiting Call

Before onboarding begins, there is a recruiting call. Power walks through the compensation structure line by line, talks through office placement, answers your specific questions, and, if it is a fit on both sides, moves to the paperwork. You sign the Team Agreement and Comp Structure through DocuSign on that call, and you complete the Real Brokerage application the same day. Once those are done, you are in motion.

The recruiting call is also a qualification step. Power looks for agents who meet specific criteria: full-time commitment, a coachable mindset, and a clear picture of what they want to build. When those things are not present, the conversation stays honest about fit.

Step 2: The Onboarding Meeting

Within a few days of signing, you meet with Power's Onboarding Director. By the time you walk into this meeting, your license transfer to Real is already processed, your board membership is being sorted, and your systems and tech are being set up in the background.

This meeting is the handoff: passcodes, logins, system access, confirmation that everything works. It is also where your first one-on-one with your assigned team lead gets booked.

Step 3: Team Lead One-on-One, Within 72 Hours

Within 72 hours of the onboarding meeting, you sit down with your team lead. This meeting covers your office location, your role play schedule, your training cadence, and the week-by-week structure of your first four weeks, each with its own checklist and focus. By the end of it, your team lead has booked your next four weekly check-ins.

Step 4: Scrimmage

Scrimmage is Power's onboarding training program, running in parallel with your team lead meetings from day one. The track depends on your production history.

Agents who have closed five or more transactions in the last 12 months go through Accelerated Scrimmage, one day that sets up your full tech stack and certifies you on scripts and systems. Some Accelerated agents receive leads the same day they join.

Agents who have not hit that threshold go through the standard week-long track, with more time on fundamentals: scripts, systems, platforms, and the habits that move leads from contact to conversion.

Step 5: Weekly Team Lead Check-Ins

Every week, not on a 30/60/90-day schedule, your team lead reviews your pipeline, your lead stages, your conversion activity, and your goals. The feedback loop is tight enough that small issues get corrected before they turn into habits.

Step 6: The Mentor Program

For eligible new agents, Power assigns an experienced producing agent as your mentor. That mentor is physically in the field with you on your first three deals, showings, offers, through escrow to close. They are present for the actual client conversations, helping you open escrows and close them.

The 90-Day Benchmarks

Power tracks specific milestones for agents who stay plugged in:

  • Week four: first deal in the pipeline
  • Day 60: an active pipeline of 10 to 15 leads, ideally one in escrow
  • Day 90: first deal closed
  • Month four: one to two closings a month, consistently
  • Year one: 12 deals

These are benchmarks, not guarantees. They assume full-time engagement with the training and systems.

If you want to understand what your specific onboarding would look like given your production history and timeline, book a call and a Power Growth Advisor will walk you through it.

The first 90 days set the trajectory. Understanding them before you commit is the right way to evaluate any team.
