Her pastor told her that her gift was speaking life into people. Sixty closings later, she does it for clients and new agents alike.
Brittany was a dental assistant going to school for nursing. That was the plan.
Then one day her pastor looked at her and asked a question that rerouted her whole career: “Why are you in a field where you have to cover your mouth? Your gift is to speak life into people.”
That was the moment.
She got into real estate. Her first year was rough, and she bumped her head a lot. Then she got a mentor: Jose Samano. He took her under his wing and guided her through the business.
When Jose co-founded Power, Brittany was one of the first agents through the door, on day one.
Since then, she has closed 60 transactions in Orange County. Behind that number sits more than a decade of learning how to close deals through relationship building: earning trust, reading people, speaking life into clients and agents alike.
That’s who shows up when Brittany becomes your mentor.
A Mentor Who Was Mentored First
When we built the Mentor Program at Power, we passed over the busiest calendars and the biggest egos. We looked for people who had already paid the gift forward.
Brittany is that person.
She knows what it’s like to be lost, to bump your head through a first year, and then to have a mentor believe in her so completely that eight years later they’re still working side by side. That experience shaped everything she believes about mentorship.
“I want to give back what was given to me,” she says. “I know what it’s like to not have anyone. I want to be the reason someone pays their bills or takes their family on vacation. My mentor provided those opportunities for me and my family. Now it’s my turn.”
For her, this is a calling.
Her superpower is closing deals and converting leads through genuine relationship building. She earns trust through care and intelligence, and her clients confirm it in their own words: “Brittany is knowledgeable, well-liked, and handles the home buying process with care and intelligence, start to finish.”
She’s also a founding Power agent, here since the beginning. She watched the system get built, saw what survived and what got cut, and teaches from what she has lived.
There Is No Secret Sauce. It’s Just Mayonnaise.
Ask Brittany what agents need to understand about real estate and she hands you one line that carries her whole philosophy:
“You don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Follow the blueprint and run the plays. There is no secret sauce, it’s just mayonnaise.”
Most new agents imagine success as something mysterious: a hidden advantage, a technique only a few people know. Brittany learned otherwise. Success is following what works, over and over, until it compounds.
Think about mayonnaise. Eggs, oil, acid. Mix them right, in the right order, and you get the same reliable result every time. Same ingredients, same process, same outcome.
That’s real estate. Power has a blueprint, plays to run, scripts to use, systems that produce. Your job is to run what’s already proven.
And, this part is critical to her, the blueprint leaves room for you. Brittany brings warmth, care, and a motherly touch to everything she does, and the system carries all of it. Your personality lives inside the blueprint. That’s what she teaches: stay fully yourself, inside the structure that works.
To Close, You First Have to Convert
Brittany’s two sharpest skills feed each other: converting leads and closing deals.
On conversion, she takes a prospect and builds enough trust that they move forward on their own steam. She listens, learns what matters to them, and proves she can be trusted to get the job done. The care does the converting.
On closing, she walks a buyer through the entire process, first showing to closing table, with the same care and intelligence her clients describe. Her deals hold together through escrow because she manages the relationship the whole way, answering confusion before it grows.
Plenty of agents are great at one or the other. Brittany runs both, because closing is simply the last chapter of the relationship she started building on day one.
“To close, you have to know how to convert,” she says. “You have to be someone the buyer can actually trust to get the job done. That’s where I live.”
A Motherly Touch and a Direct Word
Brittany coaches bubbly, friendly, high energy, and fun, with a motherly touch folded into everything. She’s direct and no-nonsense, and graceful about it. You’ll always know exactly where you stand with her, and you’ll feel taken care of getting there.
On mistakes, feedback waits until the client interaction ends, and it happens in private, one on one. She has watched how growth works, and it happens away from an audience. She gives grace freely because she makes mistakes too. Every one of us does.
On communication, call her or text her anytime, and expect to meet weekly or bi-weekly depending on what you need. She’s accessible and present.
Her energy is infectious, and there’s steel underneath it: a woman who spent over a decade learning to close deals with integrity, who built an eight-year partnership with her own mentor, and who treats real estate as a people business first, a transaction business second.
The Blueprint for Your First Three Deals
At Power, mentorship is built into your start. Your first three deals happen with Brittany beside you, and the blueprint covers every piece:
Field activities. Minimum two per week: showings, open houses, negotiations, closings. The field teaches this business. You watch Brittany build a relationship in real time, then you do it with her there, then you do it on your own.
Daily structure. Brittany installs the 3-2-1 rhythm that compounds:
- 3 hours of prospecting
- 2 hours of follow-through (past leads, past clients, SOI)
- 1 hour of roleplay (pitches, objections, scripts)
Ninety days of that and it becomes automatic. By deal two the rhythm is muscle memory and your head stays with the client.
Scripts and systems. Brittany hands you the exact words, the exact process, the exact playbook. You follow it and it works. That’s the blueprint, mayonnaise and all.
Tools the way producers run them. Follow Up Boss the way a closing agent works it, well past the login. RealScout for finding deals before they hit the MLS. Shilo for knowing which parts of your business are producing.
Relationship building and escrow management. An offer gets accepted and you watch Brittany work: the care she takes, the attention to detail, the way she keeps the client informed and calm. Then you run one with her there. Then you run the next on your own with her on standby. Every step, every client interaction, every problem that surfaces, handled with your own hands.
Real problems. A client gets cold feet. An appraisal comes in low. An inspector finds a surprise. These are the moments that end new careers, and with Brittany you watch an experienced closer respond: the move that keeps the deal together and the client calm.
After three deals, you graduate to full independence and standard splits, carrying the skills, the track record, and proof that the blueprint works in your hands.
The Reason Someone Takes Their Family on Vacation
Brittany remembers her rough first year: bumping her head, wondering if she’d made a mistake.
Then Jose showed up. He took her under his wing and mentored her through real estate. When he founded Power, she believed in it enough to join among the very first agents. Eight years of partnership followed, through deals, through learning, through building something real together.
“My mentor opened those doors for me and my family,” Brittany says. “He’s the reason I get to do what I love. He’s the reason I’m successful. Now it’s my turn to do that for someone else.”
That’s conviction, tested over eight years.
She has lived both versions of year one: the one where she was on her own, and the years with someone who believed in her. Now she wants to be that person for a new agent. The reason someone closes deals with confidence. The reason someone pays their bills. The reason a family takes the vacation their agent’s new career finally made possible.
First her calling was to speak life into people through real estate. Now it’s to speak life into agents, and watch them win.
Why She Wants to Go Far With You
Brittany has a line she repeats, and she means it as a plan:
“Together we can go far, alone we can go fast. I wanna go far with you and I wanna see you win.”
Alone, you can grind and close some deals quickly. Together, with the right mentor, the right system, and the right support, you build the kind of career that compounds for 10, 20, 30 years.
That’s Brittany’s offer: distance. Real, sustainable success built on trust, care, and a blueprint that has already carried her through 60 closings.
