Brenda Piumpunyalerd came from a corporate background. She knew what it looked like when a company set you up for success: structure, systems, training that mattered. But when she got into real estate, she couldn’t find that anywhere. She spent years working the way most agents do, alone, guessing, hoping the scripts from some random brokerage would work. About two years ago, she found Power, and she calls it divine intervention.
The numbers, and the system behind them
Last year, Brenda closed 11 transactions. This year, she is already at 7 listings in Q1 alone, and she is targeting to double. The difference, she says, is not luck. It is the system.
Most of her leads come from Vende Tu Casa, a consistent lead source, not cold calling and not hoping someone calls her back. When a lead hits, she moves: text, phone call, and if there is no answer, a LinkedIn video. Immediate, no delays.
Training built into the culture
Leads without preparation are just noise. Three to four days a week, Brenda is in the office or on a Zoom learning something: new industry changes, new strategies, probate training, script practice. The training is not optional, it is built into the culture, and she shows up because she wants to get better.
Sales is a transfer of feelings
Sales is a transfer of feelings.
When she walks into a listing appointment, Brenda says, the seller can feel whether she is confident or desperate, whether she believes she can help them or just needs the commission. She walks in believing she can help. She does not open with “this is how I’m going to sell your house.” She opens with questions.
I ask and listen. That’s the key.
She listens to what the seller actually needs. Are they going through a divorce? Is it a probate situation? What is really driving the sale? Then she helps from that angle, not from “I need this listing,” but from “how can I help this family?” It converts. About 75% of her listing appointments turn into actual listings, and she is running two to three appointments a week.
Environment matters
What Brenda learned coming from corporate is that environment matters. The people you surround yourself with affect your mindset, and at Power the mindset in the room is “we can do this,” not “we can’t.” That confidence gets transferred to sellers. If your mindset is “I can’t,” then you won’t. But if you go in saying “I can absolutely do this,” people feel it and they receive it.
Brenda brought confidence and a willingness to learn. Power gave her the structure, the leads, the training, and the environment to turn that into results. Eleven transactions became seven listings in a single quarter, and she is just getting started.
