There Are a Lot of Ways to Do Real Estate. We Do It Different.

There are a lot of ways to do real estate. But the important part is that you're yourself.

Alan Ramirez leads Power’s LA team, and he is blunt about what he saw at other agencies over the years. Most of them operate the same way: they hand you a playbook, point you in a direction, and that is it. Generic advice. Blanket strategies. You are treated like a number.

The same scripts for everyone

Everyone gets the same scripts. Everyone gets the same approach. Nobody asks what you want to build, where your strengths are, or where you need help. As Alan describes it, it is just “good luck out there.”

At Power, he says, they made a shift this year to focus on something different: your actual goals, what is really important to you, what you are good at, and honestly where you are weak so it can get fixed.

A fine comb through your actual business

We take a fine comb to your actual business. We figure out what’s unique about how you operate, what makes you different, and we build a strategy around that.

Real estate comes in different flavors, Alan points out: commercial, residential income, regular houses, first-time buyers. You might not be everyone’s agent, and that is a strength. That is your niche.

There are a lot of ways to do real estate. But the important part is that you’re yourself. That you feel confident and able to connect with other people. Not that you sound like everyone else.

Training plus accountability

The team has helped a lot of its agents double and even triple their average units sold every year, and Alan is clear that this does not happen by accident. It happens because they focus on the individual, not the statistic. There is more specialized, nuanced training across every facet of real estate than you will find elsewhere, but training alone does not build a business. You also need accountability: a business plan tailored to your goals and your weaknesses, so you know exactly what to work on, and someone checking in to make sure you are moving forward.

Stronger together

If you’re ready to make 2026 your best year ever in real estate, if you’re ready to double or triple or even quadruple your business, we’re going to be the team to do it.

There is really no reason you cannot be successful here, Alan says. We can all be stronger together.
